My mother sells houses and she is currently selling a house for a couple that rebuilds cars. They have a ’68 Chevelle SS for sale, they have been trying to sell it for 15k but said they will now except 10k here are all the features on it:
-New 396 SBC stroker motor with Vortech heads, air gap intake, 750 Edelbrock carb, small cam, HEI w/MSD module and wires, 9.3 compression, runs great on 87 octane pump gas
-12 inch Precision converter, approximately 2200 stall
-Jeg’s remanufactured Turbo 350 trans

-12 bolt rear with new 3.73 gears and Eaton posi-unit with Summit cast rear end girdle

-Brand new Billet Specialties Street lite wheels, 15×6 front and 15×8 rear with brand new radial tires
-Strong CD stereo with Polk Audio speakers
-Have new door weather stripping, new under hood matting, new wiper fluid reservoir, new trunk mat. All new in boxes ready to be installed
-Rear end has no-hop bars and adjustable upper control arms (my wife races it occasionally)
-Motor, trans, converter, u-joints, differential all have less than 300 street miles
-You can drive this car anywhere. Starts great with the electric choke, idles smoothly at 700rpm, drives and stops straight.
-Not a show car, but a VERY nice driver. Get’s lots of attention at cruise ins and at the drag strip
-Floors and trunk pan have been fixed
-Could use a new carpet
so is a good deal to purse? It would become my daily use car. Thx for the help.
